1. Confront yourself.
When you end up in a situation that you do not feel you can handle, ask yourself: How would I do if I had better self-esteem? Then do exactly that. The trick is to take you out of your comfort zone and challenge your comfort.
2. Knowing is not the same as doing.
Often we shrug our shoulders and say that we already know what is required, but we do not have what it takes to succeed in a thing. The important thing here is to think about and think correctly - turn thought into action. Then it will start happening things concretely as well.
3. Play theater.
Imagine being a person with the world's best self-esteem - how does he / she behave? Take on that role and behave the same way. It's a good trick to erase their own anxious self and create a new, more confident personality.
4. Accept your fears.
The worst thing you can do is try to hide your fears. Instead, accept that there are things you are afraid of - and confront that fear by doing a bit more of everything that you are afraid of.
